Well, sheriff’s deputies in Cattaraugus County followed a trail of beer cans to a guy who is now facing charges.
Deputies say they got a complaint about a driver in New Albion passing other vehicles unsafely and throwing beer cans out the window. They followed the trail of beer cans and then charged 21-year-old Steven Borkowski of Little Valley with driving while intoxicated, having an open container of alcohol, littering and unsafe passing.
